On June 7th, we will be modifying our curbside pet appointment services. Here's what to expect:
- Client will be advised of our protocol when they schedule their appointment.
- Patients with doctor appointments only may enter the building with 1 human companion.
- When the client arrives, they will call in and remain in their vehicle.
- A technician or assistant will go to the car and escort the client and patient inside.
- We will have a temperature check station in the foyer and extra masks. The client will take their temp before coming in the building and it is required that they wear a mask at all times. Anything above 99 is our cutoff and they will not be allowed inside. They will also be required to fill out our Covid questionnaire.
- The client will be escorted directly into an exam room. (Dogs: the tech will get a weight while the client waits in the room).
- There will be markers on the exam room floor where the client will be asked to stand during the appointment.
- Once the appointment is finished the tech will update the client on the total for the bill. The tech will bring payment to the front desk and a receptionist will complete the transaction and then give the invoice to the client.
- The tech can then let the client know that they are all set and escort the client out of the clinic.
- We will allow up to 3 people in the building for euthanasia appointments performed in the dental suite.
Please note: Medication, food pickups, tech appointments, and drop offs will remain curbside. For those with pet appointments who are not comfortable entering the hospital, we will still provide full curbside service.
We continue to serve pets in our community. For the most up-to-date hospital information, please visit our Facebook Page.
